MC200 DLI-CVD / DLI-ALD System

The MC200 is a Direct Liquid Injection deposition system. The system can perform processes in CVD, ALD and pulse pressure CVD modes. The direct liquid injection (DLI) vaporizers allow the utilization of the widest range of chemical precursors.
