3. If you wish to redeem by mail:
• Purchases must be made from an authorized Fluke distributor in the United States or Canada. Certain Qualifying Fluke Calibration products and Fluke Connect® Assets software may be purchased directly from Fluke. See the full terms and conditions for a list of qualifying direct purchases.
• Proof of sale, a receipt/invoice is required. Purchase orders/order confirmations are not acceptable as proof of purchase.
• Products that are NOT eligible (without limitation): Fluke Biomedical, Fluke Networks, Amprobe, Pomona and Comark.
• If this was an online purchase, proof of delivery that indicates the delivery carrier, delivery date and electronic tracking number is required.
