DNP Giving Away its DS620A™ Photo Printer and a Fitbit™ Activity Tracker at IAAPA 2016

ORLANDO, Florida – DNP Imagingcomm America Corporation, the world’s leading provider of photo printing solutions for the amusement and attractions industry, is hosting a product giveaway of its DS620A photo printer and 4”x6” printing media at IAAPA 2016. Expo attendees must visit the DNP booth #4651 to enter to win. Attendees also have the chance to win a Fitbit™ wearable activity tracker by filling out a brief survey at the booth. The winners will be announced at the DNP booth on the final day of the expo, Friday, November 18 at 2:00pm.

DNP’s DS620A is the world’s most compact professional-grade photo printer and can produce up to 400 prints per hour. Perfect for ride photo systems and other attractions, the DS620A is a highly profitable solution for amusement and attractions professionals that want to provide instant custom photo souvenirs.

The DS620A is capable of producing 2”x6”(2-up) photo strips, 2”x6”(4-up) photo strips, 3.5"x5”(2x), 4”x6”, 4”x6”(2x), 5”x7”, and 6”x8” prints as well as new 5”x5” and 6”x6” square prints in a newly improved gloss or matte finish.

Not only is the printer versatile, but it also boasts a 14 percent increase in image throughput per hour for—standard 4”x6” images are produced in less than nine seconds, while 5”x7”s are printed in about 15 seconds.

Environmentally friendly, both energy consumption and media waste have been optimized in the DS620A. A new standby mode lowers costs and increases profitability by making the most efficient use of energy (<0.5W). The printer also provides advanced status information from the driver, enabling users at any time to check remaining media, media format, printer status, printer life counter, color control data, firmware version, and serial number.
