WICHITA, Kan – August 28, 2019 – Effective January 1, 2019, vehicles with 100,001– 150,000 miles (160,001–240,000 km) can enter the Lifetime BG Protection Plan® under Plan 2 when customers “reset” their engines with the BG Dynamic Engine Restoration Service.
The BG Dynamic Engine Restoration Service was originally developed to be an approved warranty repair service for a prominent European automaker. Through continuous testing and improvement, it is now compatible and effective for use in all makes and models.

How to get coverage
If your customers have between 100,001 and 150,000 miles (160,001 and 240,000 km) and purchase the BG Dynamic Engine Restoration Service from you, they will be enrolled automatically in Plan 2 coverage under the Lifetime BG Protection Plan®. Limitations apply. See certificate for details.
How to keep coverage
After the initial service, customers must return to your shop to continue coverage with a BG engine service and then adhere to the oil change intervals stated in the Lifetime BG Protection Plan® certificate.
Now available for diesel engines!
This service is now compatible with diesel engines. Using BG Dynamic Engine Cleaner, BG Dynamic Engine Cleaner Rinse Oil, BG 245 Premium Diesel Fuel System Cleaner and BG DOC Diesel Oil Conditioner, the BG Diesel Dynamic Engine Restoration Service can now perform the same level of dynamic cleanup on diesel engines. However, this diesel service does not allow high mileage Protection Plan entry for diesel engines.
