Ledgerock Distillery, located near Fond du Lac, WI, is one of just a few on farm estate distilleries located in Wisconsin. Vodka and Gin are distilled from 100% non-GMO yellow corn, and our Bourbons and Corn Whiskey are a combination of that same corn and some soft-red winter wheat. All of that corn and wheat is sustainably grown on the same farm the distillery sits on by the same family members who distill the spirts. We like to say "From Seed to Spirit" when we talk about our endevour to create the finest spirits in Wisconsin and beyond. And we like to sell our corn by the bottle, not the bushel.
