Lance’s fish sculpture are often larger-than-life and range from finely detailed tropical fish to epically sized saddle-wearing trout measuring up to 10 feet. To create multi-layered environments, Lance incorporates vintage saddle tack, antique baseball gloves, and western rigs. These visually rich installations invite the viewer into a unique interpretation of the fishes’ environment. Each time they are explored, hidden within, become discovered.
