Based on these components fast and reliable UV, VIS, NIR spectrometer systems are designed and manufactured.
Dealing with both the individual component as well as the whole spectrometer system generates an in-depth understanding of the hardware requirements and provides expertise and flexibility to match the products to the individual demands of the application. Specialties are multiplexed systems for simultaneous operation of multiple spectrometer channels of the same spectral range or covering various wavelength regimes from the UV to the NIR at the same time. Further highlights are the permanent wavelength calibration of the integrated spectrometer modules as well as the fast readout electronics; more than 1000 spectra can be acquired within 1s, of course depending on the individual detectors used.
The high-quality and reproducibility based on robust designs of all interacting components guarantee reliable operation under harsh conditions such as process control or on movable platforms. For extreme conditions system for maintenance-free operation are available, if necessary in exproof housings.
