ProTech Materials Inc. has been a manufacturer and worldwide supplier of thin film materials for the wear resistant coating, architectural glass, web coating, solar and optical coating industries since 1997.
ProTech provides both planar and rotatable sputtering targets, high purity evaporation materials, and indium containing products, as well as, bonding services, backing plates and tubes, and spent target recycling. The ProTech team's experience in target manufacturing, physical vapor deposition (PVD) and PVD equipment manufacturing is positioned to offer customers integrated thin-film solutions.
Examples of our standard products for wear resistant applications include: Aluminum Chromium (Al/Cr), Chromium (Cr), Chromium Nickel (Cr/Ni), Molybdenum (Mo), Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2), Niobium (Nb), Tantalum (Ta), Titanium Aluminum (Ti/Al), and Zirconium (Zr).
ProTech Materials has extensive experience in transparent conductive oxides (TCO), including indium tin oxide (ITO), alumina doped zinc oxide (AZO), Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide (IGZO), Gallium Zinc Oxide (GZO), Indium Zinc Oxide (IZO), and Zinc Tin Oxide (ZTO). We also manufacture custom TCOs to our customer’s specification.
ProTech Materials has the capability to manufacture custom engineered thin film materials, ceramics and alloys, on a small scale for concept and feasibility studies. When needed, ProTech has the ability to rapidly ramp from prototype to production quantities.
