The National Energy Improvement Fund (“NEIF’) is a public benefit energy lender for residential and commercial improvement projects and administrator of Rebate Bridge, providing advance funding for program rebates.The NEIF team, led by Peter Krajsa and Matthew Brown has been responsible for over $800 million in energy improvement financing.
NEIF partners with contractors, manufacturers, distributors, governments, utilities, and industry trade groups to develop and administer financing and related programs designed to help improve the uptake of energy-related property improvements. These include heating and cooling systems; building envelope improvements (windows, doors, roofing and insulation); lighting; renewable energy and other energy related improvements for homes and businesses.
