Bonnie's Balls is a small, woman-owned business that specializes in deep fried balls of yeast dough stuffed with a variety of fillings, a take on one of my childhood favorites: the pepperoni ball. They are the perfect snack food for any venue. I will be sampling the Cheddar/Chive ball at the expo. I am newly working with a manufacturing company out of NJ, and we hope to introduce a cheddar/beer/bacon ball (the Badger Ball), and a chocolate/Irish cream liquor ball (the Boozy ball) in the coming months.
