Ascendant Engineering Solutions is announcing the development of our STAG product line. STAG, SUAS Tactical Agile Gimbal, is an Open Architecture 5" class 2 axis, gyro stabilized gimbal with interchangeable payloads. Compatible with 6" Common Launch Tube SUAS Platforms as well as other Class II SUAS platforms the STAG family of gimbals currently offers both a cooled MWIR solution and a STANAG compliant Laser Designator payload option. The STAG gimbal is built on our experience providing similar capability in a 3" gimbal that is compatible with and demonstrated on a Puma air platform. AES' 3" MSGLPS product includes a STANAG compliant laser device with performance that exceeds industry benchmarks for gimbals this size, weight and power.
