A small business, Spec Rescue International was established in 1994 in Virginia Beach, Virginia with the goal of providing the most up-to-date, cutting-edge first responder training available in the industry. Founded by serving fire officers, Spec Rescue accomplishes this through dynamic adult education, continuous research, innovative course design, and interaction with our clients. Our instructors have served as Search and Rescue Technicians and Specialists, Rescue Team managers, Task Force Leaders, as well as incident management positions, at some of the most challenging emergencies to face our nation, such as the Oklahoma City bombing, the 9/11 World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks, and countless hurricanes and multi-alarm fires. Our team has a broad range of large-scale Technical and Fire Rescue experience.
