Our Electric Char Broilers feature raised cast iron ribs with recessed heating elements to evenly “char-brand” the meat’s surface with flame-free safety.
Also manufactured are counter top, tap water Food Steamers that provide dependability, efficiency, and flexibility without the restrictions of using demineralized or distilled water. Included in the series is the Tortilla Steamer that comes with a specially designed stainless steel curve tortilla rack and a fully perforated half size food pan for that perfect steaming of a 12″ tortilla.
