Cheri's Desert harvest (CDH), created in 1985, manufactures natural and organic preserves from fresh fruit and vegetables indigenous to the Southwest desert. CDH produces 32 distinctive products including jelly, marmalades, honey, syrup and candy. Using fresh, locally grown produce at the peak of ripeness yields flavorful, colorful and nutrition-rich products. Ingredients used are natural and certified organic, kosher certified and gluten-free.
Cheri's products have inspired home cooks and nationally recognized chefs to explore new taste compliments in their recipes to transform an ordinary dish into an extraordinary memory. The products have been featured in two Iron Chef competitions and declared the "Best Souvenir in Arizona". Cheri has been awarded the "Best Food and Beverage Entrepreneur - Arizona" and "Entrepreneur of the Year" for her creativity and innovative ways of using nature's resources in a sustainable, responsible manner and at the same time being a steward of the environment.
