Primus is an architecture, engineering, automation design and construction management firm that delivers in-house services to the cold storage, food and beverage, manufacturing and sterilization industries. Primus provides professional services to many of the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW)’s Top 20 North American Refrigerated Warehouses. This includes the award-winning 336,500 SF plant-attached cold storage distribution facility for United States Cold Storage in Covington, TN and the 1,100,000 SF distribution complex for Kroger in Forest Park, GA. Both projects received national and regional Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) Honors. Each also earned LEED Gold and incorporated Building Information Modeling for fully coordinated drawings.
