Scanship is supplying total waste management systemsfeaturing garbage handling, food waste processing, wastewater treatment andbio-residue treatment. Scanship was one of the first companies to obtain anAlaska approved advanced wastewater system with bio sludge dryer and has nowfurther developed their systems to meet the HELCOM requirements for the BalticSea. Scanship is launching a new onboard waste treatment system, makingincineration unnecessary and utilizing the energy extraction for shipboard use.
