In 2009, Pamela Springer developed a PRO skincare line, Global Skin Solutions, to serve the skin of color population coming in for services at The Skin & Makeup Institute of Arizona, an aesthetic school she founded in 2000. In 2013, Global Skin Solutions added science-based CE courses as a provider for the Board of Registered Nursing. These courses are dedicated to the clinical profile of diverse skin tones.
