The intervertebral spacer market is currently focused on surface technologies including porous PEEK, nano-surface texturing, and 3D printed porous Titanium.

While all these surfaces might be osteoconductive, if the implant design does not provide immediate and secure

fixation, the result will likely be a pseudoarthrosisor a malalignedfusion.

We believe the unique, patent pending,

design features of the SureMAX™ Cervical Spacer will enhance the stability of the bone implant interface and provide for a quicker, better aligned athrodesis.

SureMAX™ design features include teeth on the superior and inferior implant surfaces, convex surfaces that better match with the concavity of vertebral endplates and osteostabilizers that engage the lateral and posterior aspects of the vertebral body to help provide that stabilization.

Finally, the wide range of sizes starting with footprints of 12 x 14mm, 14 x 16mm, 15 x 18mm; 7º Lordotic and 14º Hyperlordotic angles and heights from 5-9mm provide that last element of stabilization.
