Kedermaker is one of the largest and leading manufacturer of keder in the world. Our headquarters is located in New Zealand, while our manufacturing plant are located in the Haining China Warp Knitting Science & Technology Industrial Zone where the manufacture, packaging and delivery take place. The industrial zone is currently the biggest warp knitting manufacturing base in China, where is very close to Shanghai.
Our keder is made from a core, virgin resin PVC core, with a slit PVC coated fabric wrapped around it. The process of fusing the two components is known as Hot Wedge/HF Welding. We use all-around bonding between the fabric and the core instead of just sealing lines. On the other side ;our Keder is anti wicking ;the advantage is water-proof and anti fouling.
Base on the experience of over ten years of high frequency welding machine making, we developed our specialized and own patented machines with high standard and high products capacity. Our superiority are not only able to make the regular size of keder , but also any size of keder to meet your special purpose or material requires for different industry.
