Hiltex is a family owned Textile Mill located in India. Spread over 40000 sq yards area, we have in-house Spinning, Weaving, Processing, Coating & Laminating Facilities. We supply a variety of specialized fabrics to the Indian Defence and Export to over 30 Countries worldwide
Weaving: We weave fabrics in Plain, Oxford, Rip-stop, Twills, Satins etc. ranging from 1.5 oz/ sq yd to 34 oz/sq yd, upto 320 cms in width. We weave Cotton Ducks, Polyester Cotton Blends, Solution Dyed Polyester, Polyamide 6 & 66. We also blend Carbon Fibre & Aramids.
Processing: Dyeing, Bleaching, Printing. Canvas with Water, Rot, Flame, Wrinkle, IR and UV Resistance.
Coatings: PU, PVC, Acrylic, Silicone, EVA, Latex, Wax Coating, Multi layered Lamination.
Applications: Water Resistant and Flame Resistant fabrics for Tent/Tarp, Marine, Awning, Military and Rainwear, Garden Furniture, Protective Fabrics, Parachute, High Altitude Clothing, Portable Sleeping Systems, Anti-flame work wear & Aprons & Medical Textiles.
Fabric Testing & Development: We have extensive testing facilities of fibre, fabric and coatings and can provide Test Reports and develop fabrics to suit your requirements.
