Mayflower Outfitters offers a combination of hunting for the three big game animals available on the huge Island of Newfoundland. The species of moose found in Newfoundland is known as the Eastern Canadian Moose; on our island they are more plentiful than any other place in North America. Newfoundland is the only place in the world where Woodland Caribou can be hunted. Some of the largest black bears on Earth have been recorded in Newfoundland. These magnificent predators make for an interesting hunt. Approximately 10,000 of these mighty bruins roam the island. Mayflower Outfitters is not just a hunting destination.
