CFFA represents many of the world's leading manufacturers of chemical fabrics and film. The organization was established in 1927 to achieve the following objectives:
- To educate consumers on the uses and benefits of chemical fabrics and film
- To encourage the development and adoption of product standards and specifications
- To support research, technical and scientific investigations
- To collect and distribute industry statistics and trends to CFFA members
Members of CFFA who belong to the Performance Products Division manufacture chemical fabrics and film used in numerous applications such as contract upholstery, pool liners, and transportation interiors.
