The 27 mm size is designed to fit various bottle sizes and types, including one-way and refillable bottles. Also, SuperC provides a larger sealing surface. SuperC runs on standard filling lines at convetional speeds. SuperC will more than double filling speeds which currently run ROPP closures at lower overall costs. Closure flute design eliminates crown dust and risk of off-flavor or chemical particle floaters. Tested for greater than 150 PST SST internal pressures. Liners and coatings, in use for several years, are pre-approved by major beverage bottlers.
Bottles can be produced upto 20% lighter, resulting in huge savings.
