Badische provides technology – proven and tested in our own melt shop in Germany, where we produce over 2.2 Mio tons of steel every single year.
As safety is a main focus our portfolio offers now:
- SandMan / since January 2021 at BSW: Manipulator for ladle sand filling
- TapHoleManipulator (THM) / since 2020 at BSW: clearing, cleaning and setting function of the taphole channel
- MultiROB /since 2010: Sample and Temp Taking
- SLD (Smart Leakage Detection) since 2019 – detects water leakages over 6 gpm
