For more than a decade we produce baobab fruit powder in West-Africa and distribute it from Austria over the world.
We are focused on ethically and sustainably harvesting in long term partnerships with rural communities and an open, social and fair partnership with our local producers. Our products are certified organic (EU, NOP), wild collected and in a natural state. The supply chain is strictly monitored and all our products meet the international standards and regulations.
The baobab fruit pulp has a refreshing taste and is a rich source of calcium and potassium. It has a high vitamin C content and about 50 % dietary fibres.
Recently, dietary fibre has gained increased importance as a component of the diet, thanks to its ability to influence multiple aspects of the digestive physiology. They are fundamental in the composition of a healthy and balanced diet.
Baobab can be ingested directly, or incorporated in other foods. Baobab is especially well suited for drinks, smoothies, jam, dairy products, chocolate, bread, biscuits or bars.
