Detay Inc. was incorporated in 2008 as a fully owned subsidiary of the Altınmarka Group. Our plants are located at 3 different areas which are that just outside of Istanbul and are high-tech, state-of-the-art production facilities serving the bakery, confectionary, chocolate and ice cream market with an annual capacity of 60,000 tones.
In 2012, Balin brand joined our family with its long-established history since 1967. Now, legendary Balin brands are moving forward with confidence, under the roof of Detay Gıda, with newly developed products.
In 2013, the newest production facility area that we capable of producing wafer products has started to its life.
With the foundation of Detay, the Altınmarka Group has completed the vertical integration of all its cocoa and chocolate production processes, allowing us to guarantee our clients top quality and maximum efficiency at every single step of the manufacturing process from cocoa bean to finest chocolate products.
