Urgasa is a family owned company that produces and commercializes game birds. We started raising quails but after several years in the business we are now making the whole process: from the breeding of the quails to the chef hands.
Reared on a cereal-rich natural fed based diet and a rigorous traceability control, Urgasa guarantees its quails are raised without hormones, antibiotics, food colourings or flavorings. Moreover they have no water added.
Our quails are bred on the ground and fed with 100% vegetable feed, known for its stress free life which allows for a more tender meat, appealing texture and succulent flavor.
Our quails can came in different kinds of packaging, from vacuum packs to carton boxes, foam or aluminum trays and IQF formats.
