In the heart of the Italian Food valley (Parma), the Gherri family has owned and run the Terre Ducali company since 1964, hand-making fine Italian products using only natural ingredients.
Terre Ducali was the first Italian firm to export real Italian salami to the USA, bringing the ancient artisan recipe of Italian salami directly to American tables. Terre Ducali produces a wide range of typical Italian products such as Prosciutto di Parma, Salame di Felino, Strolghino di Culatello, natural cooked hams and roasted specialties.
The closed production cycle guarantees full traceability and control, from the breeding of the animal to the final product for optimal food safety, further enhanced by the HPP treatment performed on all our salami range.
