Hoja Verde is an Ecuadorian company founded by the Letort family in 2006 that specializes in producing and commercializing fine, single origin chocolate for a discerning and demanding sector. We elaborate our products from a unique type of cacao: ‘fino de aroma’ grown in the tropical lowlands of the country. We are able to obtain the perfect cacao for our products with the help of 396 farmer families from UOPROCAE association. For Hoja Verde, the materials used to produce our chocolate are of utmost importance. We work with organic cacao beans and sugar and ensure the farmers we work with receive their deserved share of the entire process. Our chocolate is certified USDA Organic and Kosher.
