Clearbrook Farms All Natural Preserves are packed in signature 0.5-liter canning jars, 10 ounce square faceted twist-top jars and #10 cans for foodservice. Our flavors are California Peach, Michigan Damson Plum, Michigan Red Tart Cherry, Michigan Black Cherry, Oregon Marion Blackberry, California Apricot, Oregon Strawberry, Oregon Red Raspberry, Wild Maine Blueberry, Oregon Black Raspberry, Oregon Seedless Red Raspberry, Bitter Sweet Orange Marmalade and California Red Pepper Jelly. Clearbook Farms Fruit Butters are made with 70% fruit and available in 9.5 ounce square faceted jars with flavors including Apple, Peach, Pumpkin, and Pear. Our award winning Clearbook Farms Fruit•Tart Fillings are available in square faceted twist top jars for consumer ease and in flavors such as Cherry, Lemon, Key Lime, Strawberry/Rhubarb and Caramelized Banana.
