We produce a Classic smoked salmon, a Maple Pepper, a Double Smoke, a Gravadlax, and a Blueberry Gravadlax product. Our products are available in whole sides (sliced and unsliced), which of course is ideal for food service/special events/catering/ and certainly retail as well. Each of these product categories are also available in portion packaging ranging from 113g-200g (4oz-7oz). Currently our products can be found in ADL PEI, Sobeys Maritime, Capital Food New Brunswick, Farm Boy in Toronto and we’re working with a couple of distributors in Ontario along with two Atlantic based distributors to further grow our business. We ship into the US Chicago, Ohio and we started shipping to Kuwait last summer.
We passed COSTCO audit, soon our products are available at Maritime Canada COSTCO stores. We are Kosher certified and gluten free.
