Backyard Brine is a Artisan Pickle Company created by husband and wife team Randy & Cori Kopke. All our pickles are hand packed in small batches using fresh, all natural and local ingredients, originally right from our own “backyard” garden. No artificial preservatives, chemicals or any of that weird yellow number 5 stuff….
We hand pack each and every jar at our own facility in Cutchogue, NY, on the beautiful North Fork of Long Island.
Our creative recipes are loved by pickle fans of all ages, and our sought after seasonal specialties, like our original “Pumpernickel Ry-Ry” and "Smokey Sienna's", keep'em comin back for more!
