Juan Specialty Foods started with a single line in a 16,000 square foot
manufacturing plant in 1997 with a vision to create specialty sauces the same
way microbrew producers do. He developed
a Micro-batch®
approach to manufacturing high-end specialty food products. Always pushing the flavor envelope for
innovative flavors and branding, Original Juan has progressed into a four line,
60,000 square foot FDA certified, AIB and HACCP-approved facility; producing
more than 150 branded products and co-packing/private labeling close to 1000
different products that ship to over 22 different countries worldwide.

Juan has donated over $100,000 in cash and in-kind contributions, as well as
countless hours of time, to philanthropic organizations and institutes of
higher learning throughout the region. With
