Brooklyn Delhi is an award-winning small-batch Indian condiments company created by husband-wife team, cookbook author Chitra Agrawal and seasoned food packaging designer Ben Garthus. Based in Brooklyn, we specialize in producing achaar (AKA Indian pickle), a spicy, sour, sweet and savory relish made from fruits, vegetables, healthful spices, chili peppers and oil. The line combines the flavors of Indian home cooking and local produce. Each condiment was created to be versatile in use and goes perfectly on top of traditional rice and curry to grilled cheese, eggs, hamburgers, soups, dips etc.
