My discovery & enjoyment of international cuisine during tours with Tina Turner developed into a passion for gourmet food. My wife Barbara & I retired from the music industry in 1994 & relocated to an estate in Florida where we began cultivating orchards & gardens. Barbara’s flair for creating unique & exciting sauces & condiments inspired Delicaé Gourmet.
Since 1997 Delicaé Gourmet has been preparing all natural gourmet foods. Delicaé Gourmet has created 31 all natural gourmet Slow Cooker Dinners & Soups, 23 are Gluten-Free. They are easy to prepare, taking 5 minutes of prep time, creating fabulous & hearty gourmet dinners & soups to serve in the evening.
Our Fruit & Spirit Infused Balsamic Glazes, blends of fruit, wine & balsamic vinegar, are incredibly versatile. They are terrific on Panini or sandwiches, great as finishing sauces over grilled meats, poultry & seafood & fabulous drizzled over pâté, salad or cheese. They are perfect as dessert sauces over ice cream, pound cake & fresh fruit, or as topping for cheesecake.
For easy & delicious hors d’oeuvres our skillfully blended Bread Toppers make wonderful spreads for garlic bread. They are perfect over goat cheese on thinly sliced crusty country bread. They are excellent used as condiments for roasted or grilled meat & poultry, & are great added to pasta, quiche or as pizza toppings.
