As a family owned business, with recipes inspired by our culinary director and celebrated chef, Hari Nayak, Café Spice delights in bringing the convenience of authentic Indian cuisine to all. “Raising the bar” for authentic Indian food, our restaurant quality products are all natural and prepared in small batches from scratch in our 50,000 sq. ft. USDA facility in New York's Hudson Valley.
We are sticklers for quality, which means using only ‘clean ingredients’ without any artificial colors or preservatives; sourcing local produce whenever possible; using chicken that is humanely raised, without antibiotics and vegetarian fed; using non-gmo expeller pressed canola oil and grinding our own spices to make our aromatic spice blends.
