Founded in the Centre Street (later known as DiHua Street) of Taipei, Taiwan during the 1920’s, Jen Yuan has since been focusing on delivering the highest quality of the traditional Chinese cuisine, including abalone, sea cucumber and bird’s nest soup. To uphold the family belief of providing the best, Jen Yuan has continuously strived to improve over the years while keeping the traditional taste of their food. Also, to ensure the quality and safety of their food, Jen Yuan complies with ISO 22000, HACCP and FSSC 22000 to keep strict controls over the process from ingredient selection to the final products.
