Sparrow Lane artisan vinegar and olive oil, is the premier manufacture of true all natural California barrel aged wine vinegars and Balsamics. For almost 20 years we have been making vinegars using the Orleans method of aging vinegars using wines from Napa and Sonoma. It is the balance of time and attention to quality that has made Sparrow Lane a well known name in many of the finest kitchens around the country. All natural, may be a buzz word to some, to us it is all there is, no added colors, no artificial flavors, no concentrates. It takes good wine to make good vinegar and that will never be comprised.
In addition to local wines, we make and age our classic dark and golden balsamics, aged in imported balsamic barrels. We also only use fruits and herbs from our local area for all our vinegars. Our olive oils are extra virgin California, grown in the Central Valley.
