In this year,the fiftieth anniversary of the company directed by Mr. Angelo Schiatti, Schiatti Angelo srl continues in its technological innovations and developments of new solutions for the glass industry.
As of today, Schiatti edgers will have a new addition: the automatic adjustment of the diamond wheels. These machines already were able to adjust automatically the polishing wheels through a PLC and now the glass grinding process can also be performed automatically by a new Mitsubushi PLC. This new improvement of self adjustment diamonds allows to save time in the set up, testing and reduce human error, making easier for the operator to maintain the working tolerances.
