Environmentally friendly system producing opaque, translucent, transparent, metallic and pearlescent finishes, in a full range of custom colors. The system is the evolution of over 20 years of experience manufacturing glass color coatings. The system has been tested and its performance in field backed by warranty. Some key features; high solid content providing excellent opacity and exceptional coverage; adhesion and superior mechanical and chemical properties will assure a long lasting quality finish; computerizeded color matching, glass coating system has been tested by independent laboratory and has excellent adhesion, and has been proven resistant to scratches as well as exposure to UV radiation, chemicals, and moisture; Environmentally friendly having near Zero VOC and is APE-Free in content; Coating applied by either hand or automatic spray, roll coater, screen printing machines; Coating cured in drying racks or with radiant, convection or IR ovens; Interior and exterior applications, laminated glass, digital print.
