Since 1994, the French company Les Jardins de Gaïa is the leading manufacturer and distributor of organic and fair trade teas in Europe. We exclusively source organic certified products and all ingredients used in our recipes are natural. All recipes are created, blended and packed in small batches at our HQ in France. We support Fair Trade projects all over the world (i.e. in China, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and South Africa) privileging small farmers’ organizations. We are a guaranteed member of the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) since 2016. In 2011, we launched French spice brand Terra madre, a range of exclusive organic certified spices (single and blends) designed for home cooking and for restaurants. Our award-winning teas and spices are available in about 1,800 specialized shops (organic and natural shops, fine food stores, department stores, etc.). Our family run company employs 65 people and exports to over 20 countries. It is certified organic (Ecocert), biodynamic (Demeter) and Fair trade (FLO-Cert, WFTO). |
