Located in the midst of Val Notre-Dame Abbey property, in St-Jean-de-Matha, our firm offers a variety of quality products which were studied, developed and manfactured by the monks such as fruit cake, fruit cake coated with dark chocolate, date cake, caramels (silky-smooth, maple, and chocolate), a large variety of cream-filled chocolates (different flavours), peanut and almond butters, to which may be added non timber forest products such as wild mushrooms, edible herbs and flowers. These are then transformed into smooth creams, veloutés, aromatics, herb teas and other gastronomical products. All of these are sold in our gift-shop, at the Magasin de l’Abbaye, online, on our website (www.abbayevalnotredame.ca) and in several retail outlets throughout Quebec.
