Since 1993, San Gennaro Foods has been the leading manufacturer of polenta in the United States. Owned and operated by an Italian family with a long history in food production, our polenta is as close to home cooked as it gets. San Gennaro Foods is based in Washington state and currently distributes nationwide, and into parts of Canada. Our products include three flavors of shelf stable precooked polenta (Traditional, Tomato Garlic and Basil Garlic), shelf stable precooked "Southern Style Srits, and frozen precooked Steel Cut Oatmeal. Private label and copacking are available.
