Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, located in Ellsworth, Wisconsin, is known as the Cheese Curd Capital®. Our cooperative is 350 dairy farm families strong; these farm families are more than the producers of our milk, they’re the owners of our organization and have a deep and profound interest in our success and producing products of the highest quality.

Our Cooperative consists of two production facilities. Our Ellsworth, Wisconsin, facility specializes solely in the production of our word-famous All-Natural White Cheddar Cheese Curds and All Natural Cheddar Cheese Curd Crumbles. We accept only farmer certified rBST free milk from which we produce about 160,000 pounds of 100% All-Natural Premium Cheddar Cheese Curds daily.

Our Comstock, Wisconsin, production facility manufacturers over 80 varieties of small-batch artisan cheeses, including our award winning Red Rind Muenster, Wisconsin Brick and Hot Pepper Jack varieties. Consumers will find our cheeses under the Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery, Blaser’s, Antonella and Ellsworth Valley rBST Free brand names in grocery stores and cheese shops.
