Jamones Blázquez was founded in 1932. It was based on the knowledge gained by the artisans at that time. Since then, Jamones Blázquez, which is already managed by the third generation, is still committed to producing excellent jamones (cured hams), paletas (pig shoulders) and embutidos ibéricos (Iberian cold cuts) following natural processes.
