JAMONES ALJOMAR, S.A., is a family-owned company that was created in 1989 by Mr. Alfonso Sánchez Bernal and his wife Mrs. Mª del Carmen Sánchez Álvarez.
Located in the province of Salamanca, Spain, in the town of Guijuelo, the company is dedicated to the production of 100% cereal and acorn-fed, free range Iberico pork fresh and cured products.
It is one of the biggest companies in Spain distinguished due to the integrated production cycle. Aljomar does not outsorce any process, we have our own pigs, the farmlands where we raise up the pliglets, our own transport, own Slaughter House which is the state-of-the-art of iberico slaughters and also our processing plant in the village of Guijuelo.
It is the pride for Aljomar Family that for the last 24 years has been producing iberico cured products and meats always controlling the quality and the taste.
