Country Archer was founded in 1977, by a legendary butcher named Celstino Mirachi who made some damn good jerky, mostly private label at various roadside stands throughout Sothern California. In 2013 Country Archer underwent a transformation which introduced the brand to the mainstream consumer and has since become the #1 selling jerky brand in the natural channel. We use 100% grass-fed beef along with organic ingredients to make some of the best meat snacks known to man (it's known to women as well, but you know what we're saying).
