Sinbad Foods is North America’s leading specialty baker of baklava with a large stable of national and regional customers. We were founded in 1978 in Fresno, CA and today our baklava is handmade in our SQF Level 3 plant in Madera, CA. We produce a broad array of baklava (& other bakery) pieces with a variety of available fillings and toppings. These come in a diverse range of platters, bakery boxes, gift boxes and bulk packages. In addition to our branded items we also produce private label items, which allows us to customize products to suit a customers’ needs.
