Chef Claire Becker, born and raised in France, brought to the US the secret of the delicate French macaron. In 2010, she created Duverger, a company dedicated to manufacture and distribute the best French Macarons for the American market.



Her passion is to create the perfect combination of texture and flavor: two slightly crispy shells of almond meringue and an enticing filling. Her philosophy is to keep the natural taste of each ingredient. Our macarons are lighter, more delicate and refined. They are also gluten-free!



Our customers are seduced by our authentic flavors made from scratch with natural raw ingredients.



We offer a wide selection of 20+ bulk flavors for the bakery cases as well as a choice of pre-assorted gift packs for the Grab&Go section.



Our macarons are available in more than 15 states, and our customers include gourmet stores, bakeries, coffee shops and upscale markets, such as Whole Foods, Earth Fare, Mollie Stones, Bristol Farms, Tous les Jours bakeries...
