The story of Fromagerie GUILLOTEAU begins in France, in the heart of Rhône-Alpes region. It is thanks to the idea of a cheese lover, Jean-Claude GUILLOTEAU, that a whole range of smooth and delicious cheeses was born.





It all began in a small workshop where Mr GUILLOTEAU made the first of a long line of cheeses: the Pavé Dauphinois. This cheese can be distinguished by its thin white rind, its inimitable taste and its melt-in-the-mouth texture. A new cheese was born, thanks to specific know-how and the wholesome milk collected. Today Affinois is proud to be your Better Brie option.
